Electro mechanical lift AQ270

Please,if someone knows how to completely remove the E/M lift from transom
(AQ 270) let help me

I found some old boats from witch I could remove them but I dont know how to remove them without braking them

Your Picture isn't coming up but the only way is to remove the two allen head bolts at the base of the unit. Once those bolts are out the unit should pull out. If its corroded in the hole, put a large cresent wrench on the lift units upper housing and give it a turn to break it free. The unit should be able to spin in the hole with the bolts removed.

It's realy spin in the hole but not able to put out
Is there some locks and any other secrets

from outside the boat behind the outdrive, you could put a small block of wood between the outdrive tilt arm and the foot of the lift. Give the outdrive a little push down to try to persuade the lift up out of the hole.

In my case I already removed the outdrive and I'll try to hit outside with a pipe which has the same diameter like an lift unit.
