I currently have a points and condenser setup in my 85' 4.3L chevy setup. The distributor itself I believe is about at the end of it's life indicated by the floating dwell readings I was getting at the end of the year last year. I have been debating on how to go about upgrading to an electronic setup, ie: replace just the top end of the distributor, with one of those upgrade kits or replace it all. and seeing how the distributor is about shot, so can i just swap it out too with an electronic one? I also have a interrupt switch in line too on this setup, so anything i do I need to take that into account too.
