Electronic ignition

Hello, I am looking to move my 1988 4.3 omc sterndrive to a electronic ignition and was wondering what all do i need to get for this to work? I don't want to fumble my way thru. Thanks for the Help!

Go with the Delco EST, You not only get full electronic distributor, but you also get rid of that nasty ESA module.

And then just use an ignition interrupt switch (Mercury-like) for shifting out of gear?
