my tilt on my 280 volvo will not lower if you raised all the way up . it works great if you leave it down just a little then it goes up and down just fine .if you go up to far it is dead no relay sound or motor sound at all. can't under stand why. it looks like with the drive up the lift rod is all the way out so it should not have anything to do with the relays or mico switch . so what is going on here?
