2000 Johnson 50hp 2 stroke ele start. put in water idles nice and smooth, go out through no wake zone just fine. ok now out where i can get going, run throttle up goes to 2800 rpm nice and smooth move throttle up higher won't rev any higher stays smooth at 2800 though checked linkage throttle is moving like it should well past where 2800 rps is. in netural revs fine and in reverse goes to 5500 rpm no problem have cleaned carbs and reset properly, new fuel pump, new gas tank. any ideas?? Also did compression both cly are 175#
