It is probably about 30HP by prop rating standards used on the 2 new engines.
"More powerful" is a useless measure. Perfectly rigged and propped it would probably be a bit faster than the DF25 Suzi, a bit slower than the DT30.
It will use a lot more fuel than either and make a lot more noise and smoke.
Definitely a more powerful noise, smell and smoke maker, but it is over 30 and probably has the magic PAd4 feature.
