Hi All - I have a 2006 four winns with a 190hp 4,3l volvo penta done 70 hrs.

Engine runs fine at high revs, problem starts when running at low revs for 20 seconds or more. Engine dies at low revs, when I take air filter off and look into carbs they are full of fuel so assuming there is to much fuel getting in there and flooding the engine. After the engine stops i can see full still dripping into the carburetor.

Dont know where to start with this so any help appreciated.

Your carb needs to be taken apart and cleaned. Most likely crud in the idle circuits, and if your still seeing fuel drip after, a sticking float and needle
