A recent boat that I looked at has 5.0 L Mercruisers that were advertised as having the ability to be flushed out with fresh water after salt water use. Is this a standard feature of all Mercruisers? If so, it sounds like a good thing to do but I have never seen anyone in my marina do it...at least on a regular basis.
