Engine Harness

Is there any other option than the OEM parts store where I can buy an engine harness for a Volvo Penta 5.7L GXi-F engine? That bad boy is $1150 from Volvo and just curious if anyone knows any other sources?

Salvage yard or make your own. There are lots of water tight connectors on the market to choose from. If you have a service manual for the power plant you can use the wiring diagrams to build your own harness. A little time, care and patience would save you a bunch.
