my engine 110 omc is mounted with the cav plate even with bottom on the boat can i go up 1 hole higher, i am getting 5600 rpms now that is with a stainless steel prop, is it safe to go higher?

You can go to 6000 RPM but by raising the engine you need to be concerned about loss of water pressure so a water pressure gauge is recommended. One hole should not be a problem. Any higher than that and you need to be careful.
