engine looses power at WOT

1995 3.0XL alpha 1. Engine runs great, put at WOT it loses some power. I have to pull back on the throttle about an inch and the power picks back up, RPMS go up and speed goes up a little. Anyone had this issue?

Fuel delivery issue. You are going lean. Could be a number of things including improper float level, poor fuel pump delivery or dirty jets.
