Engine mount Minn Kota

Has anyone had them, and how do you like it. In my application I have no space on the transom and I like having the rail on the front, plus I dont want to cut or remove the rail. Plus I do like that the boat remains from the show room floor ex. no modifications to anything. I am looking at the Saltwater with 55lbs. thrust. thanks for the thoughts.

Hey troypolla,

What type of trolling are you going to do? Sounds like the engine mounted TMs work as advertised. Biggest downside is that you are tied to the boat's steering wheel. If you tend to fish from a platform in the bow, that could be a problem.
