engine not getting any fire

hi, i have tried all the minor thing to see if its getting fire. plugs,wires, gas, fuses, and i even unpluged the red cannon plug on the port side and jup it off the solenid to see if it has fire and none at all. can someone try an tell me the next step to try to see ifi can get any fire at all. thanx...... helpless in texas

Check the lanyard.<br />If it is ok,check for continuity across the lanyards switch.<br />If it is ok, Remove the wire from the ignition switch and try it.

when i take the ignition box apart there is the ignition switch, and below it there is a small box withw wires goign to it. one of the wires is cut does that make a difference
