Engine or driveline knock

Help!!!! I just had my floor replaced. The motor was pulled and reinstalled. I now have a noticeable vibration throughout the boat and a knock that was not there before the work.... I'm trying to upload a video but not having luck. Any suggestion to get upload to work? Doing from a phone

After the motor was put back in, was alignment checked with the tool?
