engine position

1969 115 jonny on a 18' winner......when i park my boat for say a couple of days what do you guys recomend for eng position?up or down?thanks for any advic<br />e!!!! <br /><br />!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1<br /> ***1971 winner 1969 115 jonny***

In the water or out? In the water I would put it in the Up position, unless it may present some type of hazard to other boaters. If on the trailer, down is my choice..
