Engine race rpm by it self after one our

Can somebody know why engine race RPM after abouth 30 or 40 minutes. When I shut it down the engine detonated for few seconds

I have Mercruser 350 4b carburator. I think i did found problem.
The bottom parts of carburator little bet sticky. I will try to clean up first
