My 1993 90hp Evinrude is giving me some problems. At full throttle I am only running at about 3100rpm and the boat is extremely sluggish off the start. I was originally running around 4500rpm. In neutral I can rev it as high as I want. I checked the throttle linkage and everything is moving correctly and opening up. I changed all 4 spark plugs and they are all getting good spark. I have good gas with treatment in the boat and no air leaks. I also cleaned both carbs thoroughly. The engine idles fine and runs smoothly. Any idea on what would be my next step on where to look?
