engine stall issue

To start off i have an 97 oceanrunner 200, starts after a half a click, runs smooth as silk to full throttle, if i have open throttle and let off the throttle 2 quick the motor dies, if i easy it down everything is fine

Boat runs great just does not like to be slammed into nutural, will rev up quick 0 issues anywhere cruises around 26-28mph at 3800 rpm, new gas premixed,

Idles good when warm, i trolled at 2.8-3mph for stripers the other day for hours will start right up with choke easy, if i back off the throttle slowly it wont die, but it died 3 times loading onto the trailer yesterday,

I bought the boat at a dealer, who sais bring it back, but i want to have it looked at before hand so i dont get screwed, i want to try to diagnose it,
