New engine mounts fiberglassed in and new drive just to start the list. Unless you love the boat sell it and get one with the engine you want. It will be cheaper and easier.

:welcome: icu812! +1^^^ Basically everything new from the pulley's to the prop including new stringers and that's assuming your boat could handle the additional stress from the added horse power.

don't know the boat obviously, but l recently had 2 elderly GM 4.2 V8's replaced for 5.7 V8's,
the stringer/fibreglass work ( done by a pro ) for BOTH motors was $1600 AU
if going under the deck make sure it will fit height wise otherwise you may end up with a ugly 'cap' in the floor,
