Engine swap 5.7l Gsi

I’ve got a 2001 Larson 233 escape deck boat, which I’m trying to pull it’s outdrive and engine out of and swap it onto a 2001 Larson 210 lxi bow runner that has a bad Volvo 5.0l block. Both use sx-m 1.6 outdrive
as I previously bought the bow runner to swap outdrive onto deck boat cause deck boats outdrive went bad... but now the deck boats has several stress cracks and is showing signs of rot as it’s soft in back right corner of deck

ive never pulled an engine from a boat, but anything specific I should look out for?
also would I be able to use the gimbal bearing from the deck boat and out into the 210lxi ?

Should be easy enough, pull drive, disconnect everything from the motor, including wires from the rear. Unbolt and left it out

Once the bearing is installed it won't come back out without damaging it some, so no reuse
