Engine to control box harness

I have the red plug coming from my control box and I got a newer motor with the three smaller black plugs it is a 1998 90 hp cross flow is there a way to take those three black plugs and splice them into a red plug so it will plug into the rud plug coming off the control box?

im not exactly sure how your setup would work with a newer engine, i just made my own wiring harness using a wiring diagram from seloc. You might be able to do the same. I'm sure someone else will be a little more helpful.

I had thought that BRP made an adaptor for just your circumstance. You might inquire at a dealer.

they make adapers for red to 3 plug, and 3 plug to red. see a dealer.
