I was out on the boat yesterday and all of the sudden both motors went in the up position and the hydrylic pump would not shut off so I had to turn the port engine batterie switch off. I was able to operate the starboard engine to get back to marina.

What would cause this to happen? Help!

Thanks, Rick

Re: Engine Trim

It's pretty evident your tilt/trim motors were seeing power when they shouldn't have. I'm guessing it's the trim switch in the port shift lever.
