'87 350 merc I/O with thunderbolt ignition. Entire electrical system has been replaced, except for the thunderbolt box. Entire fuel system has been replaced and Qudrajet carb has been rebuilt. Boat runs great when first put in the water. If I slow down to trolling speed or neutral and try to speed back up the boat loses all power and won't come out of the hole. Engine bogs down and won't go any faster than trolling speed. Engine revs up fine in nuteral most of the time. Seems to act up after it warms up and under a load. Boat runs great until I slow down. I am stumped,one mech. tells me its electrical, another tells me its fuel related????? Please Help.
