Engine varies power on WOT....

as I primed today, the bulb cracked, I took the whole line off the built in tank...could this have been the problem, fuel screen looks clean.......

Spike...thanks...in relation to the screen, where is the fuel pump?...is there one?...82 Johnson...I can't seem to get this thing moving smoothly...took prop off and removed some fishing line...she starts nice, idles nice sometimes runs full throttle...sometimes not...very frustrating....
