engine vibration 2005 yamaha 150 fourstroke

I have a 2005 Parker with twin Yamaha 150 four strokes. I apparently overrevved the left engine and now it has a vibration in it.The vibration is in neutral and of course in gear as well.I did a compression test and it was normal 115 lbs all cylinders, anybody got an idea?

start one engine at a time then shut it down.
carefully listen to the engine sound at idle.
some of that range F150 had balancer issues.
will sound kinda like a washing machine when they start failing.
continued running with a failed balancer assy WILL destroy a powerhead.
