engine water pump replacement

I have a 135 horse Mercruiser 4 cylinder engine. It needs a new engine water pump (leaking out the weep hole). I've replaced water pumps on cars, but not on a marine engine. It looks straight foreward. Clean gasket seat, use new gasket, bolt on. Anything I need to do different? Gasket sealer perhaps? Anything inside that needs lubrication before it is put together? Does anyone have a torque spec on the mounting bolts? Thanks. <br />Mark

Hello<br /> nothing speacial here. just remove the hose remove the pulley and pump clean everything and put a new pump on with a new gasket. clean the block surface and all is well
