1996 Mariah Bravo II motor. Motor turns over but will not start. I have checked wires from ignition to coil. Good there. Is the coil bad? We do have problems with the battery always draining down. Could it be the safety kill switch has gone bad?

All suggestions welcome
Thanks

Do you have a Thunderbolt IV or Thunderbolt V ignition. The year puts you right on the edge of either/or.
Have the battery load tested, they don't last forever.

Not if power to the coil is there as you stated it was.

Be careful, cause the next thing you will know your on suspension, for what you won't even know, then you won't know why your suspended for 10 days next thing your banned.

They don't need a reason, no one to appeal to. Your just gone.

Just like a fart in the wind.

Well Futz, since you were banned before under a couple of different names, you are now banned again. BYE.

Re: Engine will not fire

wow, that was fast...
anyway Bob Coyne check what your issue is: fuel or no spark.
If you're battery has ongoing issues check for shorts or wrong connections.
A good starting point would be to check your alternator hookup, battery connection, battery condition, was it lately fully recharged?... not in the boat. If electrical... maybe someone will post "the chart" here... that will save the time explaining. You could use a spark plug tester like this (10 bucks):
