Enough for this Impeller? Pics Inside

Guys!
Want to create a Poll but didnt find the way to go, anyway I have changed the impeller last week from my OB, waht do you think, its enough for this guy or can handle a little more? :D

How can you tell if the impeller needs work without takeing the lower unit off?

If you don't know when it was last changed, or if you do know and it has been more than 4 years, it's time... Some folks even recommend every 2-3 years, even less if you have really sandy/silty water...

Blades are stiff and not felxible anymore. It's done. I changed one that looked just like that last year. The engine ran fine at high speed but would overheat at idle speeds even though water was coming out the pee hole.
