Equalizer by Phantom

I just got a 1990 Equalizer by Phantom 201. It has a 5.7L OMC engine and drive, with a big holley 4 barrel (not stock), and some kind of high performance intake manifold. I've found plenty of information about the engine and drive, but there is nothing out there about the boat itself. What can anybody tell me about these, as I have never seen another one anywhere.

I know this took a long time, but hull wise, it looks exactly like the one in this thread, only not rotted out: http://forums.iboats.com/showthread.php?t=456199
the graphics on the side say EQUALIZER with a small BY PHANTOM underneath, and a 201 on the back, which I'm assuming to be the length identifier.
