Hello my name is joseph purdy and i had bought a
eska out board motor it is a 5HP with a model number of 1705D
I would like to get it going agine but i need to find a manual on it
Dose any one have a manual on a eska 5hp model 1705D
is there any free manuals online ?

You may find an aftermarket service manual for many brands under 30 hp at the library.These motors are all very similar

I got a manual off ebay for my 7.5 for a whole 6 bucks.
