should spit water from the 2 holes up near the top third of the column, hold your hand over the holes and the water should be warm after the engine warms up.
If no water take the foot off, 1 bolt by the exhaust and one nut behind the stanless steel cover on the front of the foot, you will see the water pump on the drive shaft, take it apart and let us know what you find. Instructions will follow
