Are Eska outboards any good? I know that they are no longer in production and parts are somewhat difficult to find, but are they good motors? I found a late model Sears Gamefisher that was made by Eska and am thinking about buying it.
Certainly not "top of the line" but if it checks out (compression test a must) they can be a pretty good motor. Nothing complicated about them = easy maintenance. There's plenty of them still pushing boats around the water. <br />Backlash
