What exactly is a Euro-Style boat? How does a Euro-Style V-Hull compare to a standard V-Hull?

I may be wrong, but it was my understanding that Euro-style meant that the front windshield curved around the boat and the swim platform was integrated with the transom as opposed to being a plank off the back. There could be other differences, but I think those are the most prevalent.
