EVC-C fuelsensor callibration

After a auto-configuration of one of our vessels with EVC-C the option to configure the fuel sensor disappeared from the menu. Does anyone know how that is possible? Now we can not calibrate the system. With VODIA we tried an reload of the current software, but still the same problem. Please help us out with this issue.

As a non-expert
I would check your connections to the fuel sender. Auto configuration is where the system finds out what is and is not connected. I think something has come loose of broke connection

Thanks, eventually the cable from the sensor inside the cabinet was broken.
