the other day when coming back the motor started to stall it almost died so I lower the speed , well it dint cut off but kept stalling , I checked it when came home did not see anything wrong with it only the spark pugs looked kind of wet of oil and gas , so took it out a week later and this time could not get it started had good battery and all but it just dint started came home and tried with ear mutts it started right up what could be the problem , help please
