Ever heard of Silverwave Pontoons?

Went by the dealer today about trading my 2010 Manitou Oasis with 70hp Suzuki and they have a couple Silverwave Pontoons that are in my budget. One with a Suzuki 115 and Other with a 140. Both have a perf. package (skinned underside and strikes).
Anyone heard of these? Quality? Issues? Goods, bass? They come with a 6 year warranty as well.
