Would like to know the following : Model : 2902A 1979
-Cylinder head bolt torque specs :
-Connecting rod bolt torque specs :
-Does the cylinder head gasket has a middle compression ring ?

!/4" cylinder head screws are at 60 / 80 INCH LBS.-----No metal ring on the head gasket.

Connecting rods are 60-66 inch lbs

Thanks Racerone and Faztbullet....
So max head screws torque is 9.0 NM and max connecting rod torque is 7.5 NM. Being a tiny motor no wonder having such small torque specs.

On Johnson / Evinrude a 1/4" screw in aluminum is 60 / 80 inch lbs....---Does not matter if it is a 2 HP motor or a 300 HP motor.

Forgot to ask what's the factory compression numbers on those 2HP motors ?
