Evinrude 115 HP Info?

Just picked up a Evinrude 115 hp Model 115893c the guy said it was a 1983 and did not know what the Gas mixture should be, but all the information that I can find on it is that it is a 1978. Can some one help me out on what the ratio should be and if the 1978 is right?
