Need some help. Just rebuilt e115tleor and when running it now is leaking water below engine compartment through the front and above mid section. Not just a little either. All gaskets are in place. Could this be a exhaust housing issue? any ideas will appreciated. Thanks.

It could be an exhaust housing issue, maybe something dropped in there while you were rebuilding.
Did you scrape the old gasket right off?

Did you install a new powerhead base gasket before you dropped the powerhead on the midsection? You'll get water (and exhaust) from that mating surface if the new 321727 base gasket is not installed correctly.
