Evinrude 135 firing but not starting.

i have a evinrude 135 and i haven't ran it for a year and a half , now i can't seem to get <br />it started. All spark plug wire firing, so i'm getting fire , i pump the gas , but won't start. it<br />only turns by the starter.. my guess is, its not getting gas. What is it?

Hey there have you tried changing the fuel filter. I have a 1981 evinrude with some what the same problem. If there any water coming from the the spark plugs hole with the plugs installed. 1981 evinrude

I tend to agree mostly but im still not sure I understand everything here
