Evinrude 2001 fuel injection problem

I have a 2001 Evinrude fuel injection that just change the electric fuel pump. I check the pressure valve on the gas line to see if it was any air on the fuel line that goes to the injectors and it is no gasoline in that line and is not getting any pressure . The new electric pump is working find

Well----Is it a 10 HP or 300 HP.----Model # is required here.

Is it an E250FPZSIF by chance.----Check the lift pump.
