I picked up a boat with 2 evinrude that haven't ran in 20 years. I change spark plugs and lower unit oil. With fresh gas and a couple cranks they fired up and run smooth. The problem is on the 40 hp the throttle on the tiller handle seems to not hold when let go on idle. Is there a way to tighten up the tension on the throttle some how. Thanks for your help
