just got this non-runner cheap seller saying the fault is in the electric start? I know nothing at all about fancy engines so if anyone can help me get started I have3 questions

1 What is the correct fuel/oil ratio on this
2 It has a ram on the leg which I guess is tilt but is it hydraulic or pneumatic ram
3 can I wire the electric fuel pump direct to try it thus eliminating any controling/safety mechanisms

any help will be gratefully received

The factory fuel pump is NOT an electric pump ?-----Use the electric primer in the " manual mode " to see if motor will start.

Thanks racerone. So the electric fuel pump has been added then. Where do I find electric primer and how do I select the manual mode please? Another friend told me that it didnt come with an electric pump. We live and learn. Once I see if i can get this running I will prob invest in a workshop manual for it if I can find one

Sorry----I can not see your motor.----Post pictures.-----The factory pump has wires going to it.-----Those are for an alarm.-----It is not an electric pump.-----The electric primer valve usually has a red handle used for manual operation.-----And that primer is a solenoid VALVE , it is not an electric pump either.-
