evinrude 50 hp sizzler with liquid coming from coil when hot

my engine when it gets warmed up dark fluid that is black comes out from under the flywheel and when it cools it gets hard
also Ive noticed when it gets warmed up it looks like gas oil mix leaks from under the engine and runs down the shaft It has a rough run and doesn't idle good I have to advance the timing to start it it hasn't been run in like a year and a half
any ideas

track down were the black goo is coming from and change it, probably charge coil, also make sure not over heating, can contribute to goo problem, will help idle.
fuel leak, check primer for leaks

i found the gas was coming from the gas line going from the take the radiator clamp wasn't tight and it was hissing out onto the side of the engine and the goo is coming from the coils
