Evinrude 70 HP Outboard

Good morning all,
New here so please forgive the rookie questions, but I'm inheriting an older fiberglass runabout with an E-Rude outboard motor.

Model: 705738 and S/N: J0006792

are the numbers; and I'd like to obtain a service manual in an attempt to bring it back to life.

Is this older service literature still available? What year is this engine? Is there a standard procedure for brining one of these old classics back to running?
