Does the control unit have a neutral safety switch in the unit? It was cranking fine, then after several back and forth motions of the control handle, something seemed to happen and the engine doesn't seem to go into neutral, and there's nothing when key is turned. ???????? Also, someone said that if you take the control handle off, a spring that must be put back in by a professional will fly out???? Help!
