evinrude 88hp 1987 not burning all of the oil???

Ok so i have noticed that after i have runed the motor it drips oil from around the prop at first i though it coul be the seals but drain the gear oil and is clean no sings of water or anything ..someone told me that its normal for some engines not to burn all the oil mix .but coul ig be am mixing to heavy? 50:1? For a 4 cylinders 88hp ....evinrude ...thanks for the help guys

50:1 is the correct fuel mix. Using a TCW3 2 stroke outboard engine oil?

What you see is perfectly normal for two strokes. Give it a good hard fast run and dont run at slow speed longer than can be avoided or idle unnecessarily and you will minimise the amount of unburnt oil which drips
