I have a' rude Sportwin Electir 9.9 hp <br /> Model# 10455S<br /> Serial#E0001299<br />Can some one tell me the year of manufacture(1974-1976)<br />Also cam follower does not line up on mark with the throttle in nominal idle position.The timing is retarded by 1/32 of an inch radialy. What if any effect will this have long term. The engine idles fine and accelerates fine throught the RPM range. Help with any info or know problems with this vintage.
