Ok i just found out the kill-switch is making probs. Dusconnected the main plug and jump started it,and it started right up. Can i just cut the two leaders going onto the kill-switch?

just cut one, if it is the kill switch, you should OHM test it, could be key switch, neutral safety switch or wire harness problems also.

It does not stop on choke when warm,i had to disconnect fuelhose, even then it run long after. I can use a regular on and off switch to replace the original kill switch right?

you have a ground issue. the key switch should ground out your powerpack when you switch it off. you can use a toggle switch but it sounds like you clipped the wrong wire somewhere.
