Evinrude Black with white stripe wire

Hello everyone. Repowering my Sweeteater toon. Had a 95 Evinrude 50 hp 3 cylinder 2 stroke. Putting a 06 Honda 50 hp 4 stroke on now. I have matched up most of the wiring and have a leftover one from toon ignition switch. It is black with white stripe. Online says it’s “battery parallel solenoid “. I will be tearing into Evinrude motor today to try and trace down where it leads. Other problem is there is not a corresponding wire on Honda harness. Any help appreciated. Thanks

You have to be very , very careful when using an EVINRUDE control on a HONDA.----I suggest you get a control suited for the HONDA.

Blk w wht is magneto wire. Tied into the solid blks off wire 3 in main harness Duetch connector

Hello. Repowered my toon from Evinrude 50 hp to Honda 50 hp 4 stroke. Rewired Honda to the Evinrude harness. Starts- runs good. Won’t shut off. Leftover black- white stripe wire on Evinrude harness. Went from M terminal on ignition to magneto. No corresponding wire on the Honda. There is a black -red stripe wire on Honda for engine stop but wiring charts say hook up black - yellow lanyard wire to it which I did. Still won’t shut off. I assume I have to hook up the black- white wire to kill engine but not sure how to on the Honda. Any help appreciated
